Awesome rack for the price and great customer service support! I bought this roof rack for my son’s Jeep Renegade for camping and things and fits and looks great.Delivery: I received this as promised in 4 business days with the free shipping option and it came it a solid box with well packaged parts individually protected/wrapped to avoid damage. You have to assemble it and at first it seems like a lot of parts, but I laid the parts out and it was very simple and due to all the diagonal cross bars, the 2 side walls, and front cover it is super sturdy. It’s easy and quick to remove if needed as well. Use 2 people to remove and install to not accidentally scratch up the paint or something, because it is solid. One big reason why I gave them 5 stars because the Customer Service was awesome. This is my first roof rack (box) so I was very pleased when I reached out to MPH about some questions via email and they were very quick to answer and help me out.

Strong and looks great Loving this roof basket so far! Assembled easy, heavy and strong. Nothing budged on it, everything gets strapped down really nice. Plenty of places to put the straps or hooks from a bungie net. I love that it’s just solid black with no ugly white logos like other baskets. Very happy I purchased it! Plus it just looks great by itself even. Only issue was that it didn’t come with any instructions for set up but it’s easy to figure out on your own.

It’s a very sturdy and efficient and useful basket for the price. Overall I was very pleased with this rack. It works just fine with my 03 Jeep grand Cherokee. I was surprised at how small of a box it came in. I had to assemble it, which I did not expect, but was not a problem at all. It was very straightforward and simple. Probably took 45 minutes tops. The rack is sturdy and straightforward, and has a unique look unlike so many out there. I did not like the big knobs used for the brackets for attaching it to the roof rack. They sit up into the rack area and the bolts go up through the knobs so you have the bolts sticking up into the rack area where you would put stuff. There is a reason for this, and it is obviously so that it is easy to remove, but the bad part is it also would become problematic for the gear up there. So at first I reversed burst the brackets and put the knobs pointing down towards the roof. There is plenty of clearance on my roof rack set up. but I didn’t like the look of that because the bolts are 3 inches long…
